Don’t know what to wear?

For anything that includes any type of physical activity, I constantly find myself trying to figure out what I should wear, but I think it’s easy to get caught up in this and feel like we cannot make the right choice. So I have a question for you:

What makes you feel comfortable? Is it leggings, tracksuit bottoms, shorts? Whatever it is we want you to feel comfortable when you immerse yourself into a Fitness Blastoff session. The last thing you should be worrying about is your outfit, so here are some tops tips to ensure you make the right choices for YOU, when it comes to your choice of clothing.

Choose a base top that is lightweight and breathable, the last thing you want is to feel hot and flustered.

If you feel the cold, layer up, it’s easier to remove clothing than add it, and as the session goes on you’ll find you’ll be warm in NO time!

Sports bras are great while exercising, the extra support works wonders.

On your bottom half, you want something with a bit of elasticity and flexibility.

Leggings, shorts, tracksuit bottoms, or yoga pants. Whatever makes you feel most free, is the option you want

Footwear! This is the most important part of the outfit! You’re gonna be on your feet and you want to be involved trust me! Any trainers will do, just make sure you’re happy and comfortable in them.

When it comes to working out the main thing you want is comfort, there is nothing worse than feeling uncomfortable while completing something.
