Although places are slowly reopening and the weather is slightly improving - months of lockdown and being stuck at home, has caused moments of inactivity and a lack of motivation to workout for some people. It’s so easy to get stuck in a rut and caught in a web of inactivity - this is why you are invited to take part in the Fitness Blastoff MOVE MORE dance fitness challenge. The challenge starts on Monday 3rd May and ends on Friday 7th May!
So what is it?
Well, it’s a dance fitness challenge where you’ll move more everyday, for five days straight! You’ll take part in five 30-min workouts from Monday through Friday to get you back on your feet and feeling motivated again! The goal is to get you moving more whilst having a BLAST, everyday during the working week.

How will it work?
So basically, you’ll take part in the following workout sessions delivered by four qualified dance fitness instructors:
The workouts will be live on Zoom each day at 7pm BST, for 30-mins. The challenge starts on Monday 3rd May and ends on Friday 7th May. All this for £15 - that’s only £3 per class!
BONUS: You must set yourself a challenge of joining the live workouts everyday.
