The Fitness Blastoff is back for another round of fitness, dance and a big bash! It's the ultimate fitness dance rave in the daytime which features 6 dance fitness presenters delivering easy to follow and fun club-like dance fitness workouts to the tunes you love in Hip-Hop, Afrobeats, Dancehall, 90s Garage, Funky House and Grime.

Our resident DJ will spin tunes as everyone gets fit in a large dimmed room turned up with club lights effects. Plus, you can't have a party without food and this time round we'll be bringing you a tasty jerk street food vendor and light refreshments to keep your energy levels on a natural high.

So, if you love dancing, a good party, keeping active and having fun, grab your crew and come turn your workout into a party.

Dresscode: No dresses and heels. Strictly athletic and dance fitness wear. Hoodies, baseball caps and trainers FULLY ACCEPTED!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

All participants must be 16 and over to attend and take part in all the workouts.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The venue is in walking distance of the following tube and train stations:

Bethnal Green (Central Line)

Shoreditch High Street (Overground)

Cambridge Heath (Overground)

Hoxton (Overground)

Oval Space is in a Controlled Parking Zone and there is no on-site car park. The nearest public car parks are: Roman Road (08:30 – 18:00), Whitechapel High Street NPC (06:00-19:00), Great Eastern Street NCP (06:00-20:00).

What can I bring into the event?

You can bring a change of clothes and lots of water - you're gonna need it!

What's the refund policy?

All tickets are non-refundable

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, as we will have all names on a guest list.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

This doesn't matter. As long as you have the correct number of tickets available for each person you are bringing with you.
